Top 35 Talented Actresses Age 35 & Under (Part 1)
December 20th 2010 03:03
Just like my previous talented actors list, here's my list of 35 talented actresses Age 35 and under. Will be posted in sections.
Top 35 Talented Actresses Age 35 and Under, #'s 35-31
35. Emily Blunt (Age 27)
Emily Blunt has proven she’s incredibly gifted, given her outstanding performance in My Summer of Love. Her mainstream efforts have been decent thus far but she’s capable of such incredible range that it would be lovely for her to get a vehicle where she can shine like the aforementioned indie gem. Either way, she’s one to watch.
34. katie jarvis (Age 19)
Thus far, Katie has only been in one film: Fishtank. The reason she’s on here is her performance easily one of the greatest of this year. She possesses raw, natural talent. She was plucked off a train platform and thrown into this gorgeous film. One can only hope she continues to act.
33. Katee Sackhoff (Age 30)
Katee Sackhoff’s range on Battlestar Galactica was unparalleled. She took the viewers through an emotional journey with an incredible character. Unfortunately, she couldn’t save her next endeavor on 24, due to poor writing of a dreadful character. Nevertheless, Katee is severely talented and should go on to a lucrative career.
32. Elisabeth Moss (Age 28)
Elisabeth Moss holds her own against the men on AMC’s Mad Men. In fact, she’s stronger than most of them. Moss’ face is incredibly expressive. She’s also proven a strong broadway performer (I saw her in Speed the Plow and she certainly had no problem handling the task of Mamet’s signature rapid dialogue.).
31. Sarah Polley (Age 31)
Out of all the actresses in this list, Sarah has probably been in my life the longest. It shocks me she’s only 31 when I’ve been watching her since she was in Avonlea. Polley is consistently one of the most underrated indie actresses as well as an incredibly gifted writer and director. Always love it when she pops up.
