List: Top 10 Creepiest Villains in Children's Films

All of these except one are based on my reactions experiencing them when I was a child. One of them is a newer film and thus, I was older but had I been a kid when this film came out, I'm sure this character would have scarred me for life. There's one film here I am counting because it was on the children's film list on wikipedia and even though I don't think it is necessarily one -- the character traumatized me enough to include it.
